3. What Evoris Sells

Evoris focuses on non-medical wellness, self-care and lifestyle goods.

Depending on the range available at a particular time, Products may include relaxation, personal comfort, home wellness, lifestyle, recovery or similar consumer Products.

Important product boundary:

Unless a Product page expressly states otherwise and the Product is lawfully marketed in that category, Evoris Products are not medicines, food supplements or medical devices.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

A specific Product page may expressly identify a Product as a food supplement or another regulated category. Where it does, the Product-specific classification, instructions, warnings and legal information apply to that Product.

Always read instructions, warnings, age guidance, contraindications, cleaning, care and storage information supplied with the Product.

Product-specific instructions take priority over general guidance in these Terms.

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, compatibility information and prices accurate.

Minor differences in appearance may result from screen settings, production batches or packaging updates.

We may limit quantities or remove a Product from sale if stock, safety, compliance or supply conditions require it.

A Product displayed on Evoris.eu is not guaranteed to be available in every country.

If an item cannot lawfully or practically be supplied to a destination, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund the relevant amount already paid.

5. Placing an Order

Choose Products and quantities, provide information needed for delivery and where applicable customs processing, select an available delivery/payment method, review the final total and submit the order using a checkout control clearly indicating an obligation to pay.

An electronic acknowledgement is normally sent after submission.

The Contract is formed when the Seller accepts the order for fulfilment, subject to mandatory Consumer law.

6. When We May Decline or Cancel an Order

We may decline or cancel where:

- a Product is unavailable or withdrawn;

- payment cannot be authorised;

- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;

- delivery information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be validated;

- quantity appears inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing and we decide not to accept the order;

- a Product cannot legally be exported, imported, sold or delivered to the destination;

- a pricing or technical error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error;

- fulfilment would otherwise breach applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order we do not accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.

7. Prices, Taxes and DDP

The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected Products and delivery method, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.

International delivery may be offered to destinations made available at checkout.

DDP applies only where the shipment is expressly identified at checkout as DDP – Delivered Duty Paid.

Where DDP is indicated, the checkout price is intended to include the applicable import VAT or equivalent consumption tax, customs duty and standard import-clearance charges covered by that arrangement.

For a correctly processed DDP shipment, the Customer should not normally be required to pay those standard import charges again on delivery.

DDP does not automatically cover storage, re-consignment, address-correction, repeated delivery attempts or other exceptional costs caused by inaccurate information, failure to collect or Customer-requested changes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Payment Choices

Available payment methods depend on destination and checkout configuration.

They may include cards, local payment methods, bank-based payments, digital wallets, instant payment methods and COD.

Electronic payments may be processed by specialist providers.

9. Cash on Delivery

Where COD is offered, the order remains a genuine purchase order even though payment is collected at delivery.

Refusing or failing to collect a COD parcel does not automatically constitute a valid statutory withdrawal where the law requires an unequivocal withdrawal statement.

Where unjustified non-collection causes reasonable and documented direct return or carrier costs, we may seek reimbursement to the extent permitted by law.

10. Delivery

We ship to destinations made available during checkout.

Delivery estimates are shown before the order is submitted or in the order confirmation and are estimates unless a binding date is expressly agreed or required by law.

Transit may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, remote-area handling or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory Consumer rights relating to delayed delivery remain unaffected.

11. Safe and Responsible Use

Use wellness Products only for their stated purpose and in line with instructions and safety information.

Do not continue using a Product if it is damaged, appears unsafe or causes unexpected discomfort.

Observe applicable age, duration, hygiene, cleaning, maintenance, electrical, charging or other Product-specific limits.

General wellness content on Evoris.eu is informational and is not individual medical advice.

12. Right to Cancel / Withdraw

Consumers have withdrawal rights where applicable law provides them.

For Consumers in the European Union, the period is generally 14 days from receipt of the Products, without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.

A withdrawal may be:

- submitted through the online withdrawal function available on Evoris.eu;

- sent to returns@evoris.eu; or

- made by another unequivocal statement permitted by law.

Electronic submissions are acknowledged on a durable medium, such as email, where required.

A model Withdrawal Form is also available and is not mandatory.

13. Products Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns

Certain sealed Products may fall within a statutory exception where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Opening the shipping carton alone does not remove withdrawal rights.

The exception is applied only where its legal conditions are met.

This does not affect rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied Products.

14. Returning a Product

Before sending a return, contact returns@evoris.eu and quote the order number.

Unless we expressly provide another location, the physical return address is:

SALEONLINEBI s. r. o.

Misionárska 725/9

949 01 Nitra

Slovakia

For an ordinary statutory change-of-mind return, the Customer bears the direct return shipping cost where properly informed and where applicable law permits.

DDP on the original delivery does not mean that Evoris bears the cost of a voluntary return.

15. Refunds

Following a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the amounts required by applicable law.

Where required, this includes the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order.

Refunds are made without undue delay and, where required, no later than 14 days after we are informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw.

Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned Products are received or the Consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

For COD orders, we may request bank or other payment details solely to make the refund.

16. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a Product is faulty, damaged in transit, not what was ordered or otherwise non-conforming, contact:

complaints@evoris.eu

or:

Evoris.eu → Contact us → Complaints

Please provide the order number and a description of the issue.

Photos or video may help investigate transport damage or technical issues but are not a condition for statutory Consumer rights where the law does not allow that.

Available remedies depend on applicable law and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Where repair or replacement applies, the remedy should be free of charge and performed within a reasonable time, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions.

Evoris bears reasonable return/remedy costs where required by law.

17. Product Safety, Recalls and Incidents

If we learn of a Product-safety concern, we may stop sales, contact affected Customers, provide updated instructions, arrange a return or recall, or take other steps required by market-surveillance or Product-safety rules.

Serious safety concerns should be reported promptly to:

complaints@evoris.eu

Stop using the Product where continued use could create a risk.

18. Accounts, Store Use and Intellectual Property

Where accounts are available, Customers must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials.

We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security incidents or unlawful activity, subject to Consumer rights.

The Evoris name, website layout, text, graphics, photographs and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Nothing limits mandatory Consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by using a Product contrary to clear instructions, warnings or its intended purpose, or by unauthorised modification.

20. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Evoris Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are handled in accordance with the Evoris Cookie Policy and the Store's cookie preference mechanism.

21. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Contracts are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

This does not deprive Consumers of mandatory protection provided by the law of their habitual residence where those provisions apply.

22. Complaints, Request for Remedy and ADR

We encourage Customers to contact customer@evoris.eu or complaints@evoris.eu first so that the matter can be resolved directly.

A Consumer who is dissatisfied with how a complaint or other Consumer-rights matter has been handled may submit a request for remedy to the Seller.

If the Seller responds negatively to that request, or does not respond within 30 days from the date it was sent, the Consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to a competent ADR entity under Slovak law.

The Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia – SOI) acts as an alternative dispute-resolution entity for eligible Consumer disputes.

Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia

Bajkalská 21/A

P. O. BOX 29

Nothing in this section restricts the right to use a competent court.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Product categories, technology, payment methods, delivery arrangements or Store operations.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version in force when that order is placed unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
